I got some DVD from Europe, but i can see from my DVD player, because DVD are in Pal system. Do somebody knows a software which can change DVD from Pal to NTSC??

No. There is no "one click" solution.
Buy a cheap DVD player like an Apex or Cyberhome that will convert PAL to NTSC for you "on the fly".
That still will not help you with the region code issue...IF you also have that problem.
