a fast program to back-up data

hi, all i have to do is back-up data onto a ben q disk, no encoding or anything, would nero be just as good as the rest, it is my understadning that when u back up data they are all the same cos u carnt loose quality

Yes, Nero should be just as good as anything else. Make sure that you:

- Verify the written data (just check the box in Nero)
- Use decent media (see this website)
