  1. I have a foreign language video file, and I want to replace the audio with a track I have. What would be the best way to go about this? Hopefully I can do it with freeware like Virtual Dub

    Thanks in advance

PS I'm sorry if this is a duplicate topic. I tried searching, but I kept getting back pages with nothing but info about Virtual Dub

Yes, VirtualDub. Just load the AVI, select WAV audio under the audio menu, and your new wav. Set video to direct stram copy, audio to full processing and configure audio compression (mp3?). Save AVI. Done.

  4. Thank you

One more question. The audio seems to be slightly off. Is there anyway I can setup Virtualdub to delay the audio?

Virtualdubmod : Streams->Stream List->Right-click->Interleaving. Adjust the Audio Skew (bottom half of dialogue) until it lines up.
