Hello out there,
I just downloaded VirtualDub and I really don't know too much about the program. But I already ran into a problem. I allocated too much disk space and now i don't know how to undo the allocated disk space. Please help.

I'm not clear on why you would want to 'allocate' space for VD. Do you mean you created a partition on your hard drive?
What is it you want to do with VirtualDub?
And welcome to our forums. -
I was in Capture mode and under File there is "Allocate Disk Space...", I allocated close to all of my hard drive, thinking I could just reallocate after but I can't find out how to reallocate, therefore I am running out of disk space. I'm sure there is an easy solution but I can't seem to find it.
thanks for your help- -
I understand now.
I haven't used that option to allocate diskspace. Have you closed the program and tried a reboot? I'm assuming it set aside some temp file space. But probably someone here that uses VD for capture may have a simple answer.
