In DVD Lab Pro, I know that you can add audio to a menu.
But is it possible to have the audo only play once, and then hold on the menu?
Or does it always loop?
Is it possible to put in a delay before the audio loops again?
Any help would be appreciated.

Your only option here is to have 2 menus - 1 with audio 1 without. When the first one is done have it jump to the "audioless" menus - then loop that menu.

You could also look at a delayed menu. It allows you to set a point in a motion menu at which the menu starts looping. Create a short video of your still background, say 10 seconds longer than your audio. Add 10 seconds of silence to the end your audio track. Create a delayed menu with loop point at the start of the silence. It's all in the help files that come with DLP.Read my blog here.
