BATCH video speed acceleration

Hi, I don’t seek accelerated video encoding time.

I want to covert a 10 min video clip (hypothetically) to go at double the speed or 1.5times the speed depending on the video (adjustable).

I want a smooth finished video transitions between the different frames.

Most importantly I want to batch process a whole bunch and leave my computer on doing this instead of having to do this file for file. (not to mention hopefully the program manages resources well so that the computer can be used somewhat during the process)

Any software suggestion is appreciated, Thanks..

First part is easy - Vegas can do this using the velocity envelope, so you can have a smooth ramp up to the speed, smooth fast motion, nice ramp down if needed.

You would have to set this up for every clip, but you should be able to use the batch script to render them all out.
