  1. I'm using the latest version of TMPGEnc to convert avi files to mpg to make them into vcd's. I have all of the settings correct but when it finished encoding Theres no sound in the movie. I've tried with different movies and I get the same thing. I've also tried with an older version of TMPGEnc but the same thing happens, I know I'm doing this right because it worked before on my old computer. Can somebody help me out with this?

  2. i have had this prob on most avis i fixed it by loading the avi in to virtaldub then going back to file and save as wav then use that as the sound source instead of the avi as both do that then encode for about 10 mins to see how its going then if it looks ok and in sync just encode the whole file like that im still working on how to fix files that dont encode in sync
