I'm converting a .flv file into an .gif and i need the format to be 150 x 150. I tried to force the custom format using the direct show tool but when i tried to make the conversion an error popped up saying i do not have the proper ActiveX filter. So, my question is, does anyone know where i can find the ActiveX filter or is there anything else i can do. thanks.


(by format i mean scale)
