    I have a Tungsten E, just got it as a gift . Do you guys know how to fit a full movie onto a 128mb card? is it even possible?

    depends on what you put in the word "full". If you resize it down really small, halve frame rate and encode at a low bit rate - yes. Enjoyable? Doubtful.

    Get an SD card. They're really not that expensive.
