I have a movie that is incomplete and in the incomplete folder, it lists the file as it's normal size (~ 700 MB). Is their anyway that Super can encode the entire movie. I did it once before, but I can't remember the settings I used in Super. I have like 70% of the movie, am I screwed or can Super save me?

If you don't have it, SUPER can't encode it. The incomplete folder reference implies that this is downloaded by a P2P program of some description. These programs often reserve disc space by creating a file that is the same size as original, then fill it as they download. Once they have downloaded the whole file, it gets moved to it's final destination. As these programs do not stream the video down in order, but grab random chuncks from other peers, the file content will not be filled contiguously. Try playing back in VLC to see all the bits that are missing. Until you have the entire contents, SUPER, and most other programs, will choke because you don't have a video file, just a bunch of random data.

If you could get VLC to frameserve it, you might be able to encode the first contiguous chunk, but this might only be a few minutes or seconds. I don't know if this is possible or just a theory.

You can try to get metfileregenerator to complete what bits you have into a video file, it has saved me when the file I'm downloading is missing a chunk...
