I'm having trouble taking a screenshot of my DVD menus. I hit print screen but when I paste it into my image editors, it's transparent. Isn't there an overlay setting somewhere that effects this? Thanks

I know. I tried everything it suggested short of dl/ing new aps.
I tried turning off the accelleration but wmp couldn't play it then.
Ended up with a screenshot from Moviefactory's preview

Here's a FREE screen capture program that's better than "print screen"

It didn't paste using ctrl-I either...tried that first since it was the easiest
Different setup I guess in XP Pro?
I got it anyway
Thx
