I'm having trouble taking a screenshot of my DVD menus. I hit print screen but when I paste it into my image editors, it's transparent. Isn't there an overlay setting somewhere that effects this? Thanks

There's multiple suggestions in that thread including hoe to turn off hardware acceleration to get the screenshor with your current program. What are you using? WMP? Hit ctrl-I

You don't need to turn it off in WMP, just hit ctrl-I then paste it in any image editing application. Even paint if you don't have one.

Here's a FREE screen capture program that's better than "print screen"
