What settings do I need to turn on/off in order to rip a DVD and leave the region codes intact? I do not want the ripped DVD to be region free.

Go to Tools --> Settings --> and whichever mode you're ripping in, whether its File mode or ISO Mode, uncheck the "Remove IFO RC protection" box.

You can always use DVD Shrink to set a Region Code.

Thanks Waheed. I can't use DVDShrink as it looks like one of my DVD players will not play a DVD is it's been shrunk.

DVDShrink also removes region codes by default.
If you need to further compress a DVD with DVDShrink...just assign
it a region code and it will be the same as assigning/not removing
    the region code in DVDDecrypter.
A region coded DVDR is the same...no matter what program it
comes from...it is still a DVDR.
