    You spent $000's on a piece of software you don't know how to use ? I wish I had that kind of money.

    You have to upsample the audio to 48khz, after which you should be able to add it as any other asset. Assuming this was originally VCD, the audio will still be 44.1khz, and should be the only thing hold you back from using it.

    For all we know he has gov't sponsorship that funds 352x240 movie production and issues legit $5000-35000 software with hardware to deserving candidates.

    I hope showmystage will let us know if we are able to apply for consideration. He must be very smart or very rich or something else.

    showmystage, if you look to the upper left under 'What is' DVD, you will see that 352 X 240 is a valid size for NTSC DVD video. As mentioned, all you need to do is convert the audio to a 48Khz rate. You can do this automatically with a program like TMPGEnc DVD Author, or with most audio editors. If the video is from a VCD, the audio is probably MPEG-1 Layer2. You can use Gspot 2.52 to see what the audio and video format of your file is.
