I have a video file that is 57 minutes long, so I encoded it so I could burn it as an SVCD. Only thing is I made it a little too well of a quality now and the video is just shy of a gig in size. I set up TMPEG again to try and reincode it using a smaller bitrate (calculated it to needing to be 1560 kps) only when I re-encode it the file is only 3 megs smaller. Am I missing something here or just doing something totally wrong?
