  1. Every .avi file that i try to load onto the Tmpgenc program to convert to .mpeg, it says that the file can not open, or unsupported. Does anyone have an idea on what i should do to fix this problem??

    had the same problemo dude... but this worked for me... go open TMPEG... Options > enviromental settings... > VFAPI plug in > Right click on Directshow Multimedia File Reader, click on higher priority.. keep doin this until Directshow Multimedia File Reader comes first in the list.
    uneek, is a unique way of spelling it.
