    AutoGK installs VirtualDubMod v. 1.5.4, but the latest version is 1.5.10. Is it possible to simply overwrite the installed version with the latest version of VirtualDubMod? And if so: is it of any use?

    Yes, you can replace one with the other if you like. AutoGK doesn't care. Or you can have them both on your computer. I do.

    And if so: is it of any use?

    Not to me, it isn't. I prefer the older 1.5.4.
