    I'm trying to convert a file (humr_ts_shrek.avi) to an MPG for VCD usage, but tmpgENC says the file cannot either be opened or supported, I am running WindowsXP. Anyone have any ideas??

    Have you been able to watch it on the computer. It may be the divx codec. I converted many divx files and I had that message at first.

    Yes, I can watch it in my movie player, but tmpgENC won't convert it...
