  1. Once you burn a VCD. is there a way to play it on the computer? or even the BIn files that are used to make the CD. Is there a way to convert them back to video files?(if they are video files.)
    Just wondering cuz i cant play VCD on my DVD playerd at home!

    Yes, you can play VCDs on your computer, https://www.videohelp.com/play#vcd

    and I think you can play the bin directly with VLC or extract the video from the bin with isobuster or mount the bin as a virtual cd unit with daemon tools.

    Isobuster can extract the just the video files you need. Or you can mount the bin/cue with daemontools to play it as a VCD on your PC.

    Vcdgear to extract mpeg from dat .
    Koolplaya should beable to play vcd .
    www.downloads.com , cd/dvd emulation , there are 3 free one's available ... the sheep is fine .

    As for converting to dvd , try super (output as mpeg2 / ac3)
    Demux using batchdemux
    Author with dvdauthorgui
    Burn with nero .. and enjoy .
