    HI everybody:

I use diko for my convertions with subtitles.

Now I have a movie on 2 avi files and 2 SRT subs that I want convert in only one DVD.

Whats the best way to do it ??

I did it and managed to put them on 1 DVD however it is as if I had recorded 2 movies and I woul like it to be played from the beginning to the end without stoping.!!.

Is this possible?? What are yr suggestions??.Subs have to be sychronized of course.

    hilario.

you might wanna join the 2 avi´s with virtualdub and then use diko or you can use avi2dvd .

Author with tempgenc DVD author. Use the Add Video function to add both parts onto a single track. Remove the extra chapter marker than TDA automatically inserts at the beginning of the second part. Author and test. Playback should be seamless at the join.

Attempting to join with virtualdub prior to using other tools often results in sync problems after the join.

AVI2DVD will do it, but you need to rename the files so they have "consecutive" filenames.

Tried Subtitle sync but when I started playing the avi file there were no pics at all!!!.

It seems to be easier than subtitle workshop but...

    Ok guys.

I got the answer from the creator of DIKO program.

Its very easy.I only had to name both files as " movie name cd1.avi" movie name cd2.avi "

    So simple like that.

    tks.hilario.
