Subpictures created in Overlay layer dont appear in DVDitPro 6

I followed exact instructions from DVDitPro manual to create my menu in Photoshop CS2 (bottom layer: Background, top layer: Overlay) and when i import it into DVDit Pro, it only shows the bottom layer. Can anyone help?
