it doesn't seem to cache it on the hd...

you can always use a screen desktop tool like snagit.

Thanks for the input, but if it's like camtasia, it won't work. It demands a lot of RAM and CPU power. Anyway, the file is an flv. Someone told me to check document settings and save out flv and play with some app that can play flash video. Since I use Firefox, I can't find out a way to do it. Anyone else please?

Use internet explorer, open the link, wait until it's downloaded and then check in the temporary internet folder (C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) and you will see a FINAL_EDIT 54 MB flv file. Copy it to another folder.
