  1. I'm using Auto GK to convert a hybrid mpeg2-file. But the sound got out of sync. Is this a known problem and is there a solution ?

    No, a NTSC DVD

    did you set it to force deinterlace or ivtc?

    The fact that AutoGK determined it to be a hybrid has nothing to do with the audio problem. If the audio is off by the same amount all the way through (as opposed to it getting worse as you go along in the video), then you can adjust the delay in VDubMod.
