    Hi,

I own a training DVD that I would like to use to show short clips, that start and stop at specific times. Most of the programs I've seen allow me to set start times for bookmarks, but I've not found any that allow me to set stop points.

Anyone know of any DVD playback programs that allow STOP and START times for bookmarked clips?

    Andre

If the "viewing" is for yourself only....you could always rip the DVD and create another DVD with just clips.
If your intent is to show these "clips" to others(mass viewing in a classroom type of situation)....I believe copyright laws forbid doing it as stated above.

Yeah... ripping the clips would be the easy way out, but I'm trying to respect the copyright of the video, especially since I will be using it in a series of public sessions.

But I figure that there MUST be a DVD playback program that allows this.

I know my DVD player does it....but I doubt you will find it where you are. It is a Thomson DTH213....and I've never actually used the feature..
