help. need to record from hdd to dvd

Could someone tell me how I can record from my hdd to dvd. I have the JVC -DRMH30. I have tried following the manual but I can't get it to work. I am trying to transfer a recording I put on the hdd to a dvd-r disc.

Do you have a DVD burner? DVDDecrypter or DVDShrink should work if you do.
