    Hi,

    Please help me in learning how to create VCDs after downloading video(with audio) files from internet.
    I have Adaptec, Nero, RealonePlayer and of course CD-RW.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    You will notice that on the menu to the left there is a link that says "How To: Convert". Follow that. You will need to convert whatever you have to VCD compatible MPEG.

    A little bit further up, there is "How To: Author". That will tell you how to create/burn a VCD from your MPEG files.
