Hi! I’m trying to install some software for a analogue capture device, the problem is when I try to install the drivers I get a message telling me I need to be signed in has administrator to be able to install the drivers but I am signed in has the administrator so does anyone know why ?

The account you're using to logon may have administratot privileges, but are you logging in to the actual administrator account and are you doing it in "Safe Mode"? I would tell you, but can't remember. Sorry.
There'll be plenty on Google about how to log on in safe mode. WinXP will then display the actual "Administrator" account - if you can't do it then, then I'm out of ideas...
