Shadow lines moving from right to left on screen

OK,

I'm not sure if this is a DVD Player, TV, AVR, or cable issue?
I'm getting three to four inch wide vertical shadow lines that move from right to left on my TV screen.
My DVD player did not need to be hacked to be region free.
The event is frequent but random.
Most noticable on a white or light screen.
I only have one TV, DVD Player, & AVR in the house so I can't really swap one out to see which component is the problem.
This modest system consists of....
DVD = Philips DVP5140
AVR = NAD T743
TV = Daewoo DTQ20U4SC

Any ideas?
