How can I paste someone else's face ontop of another body in my movie. I assuming I would have to edit frame by frame but have no idea how to do it. Is there software that lets you do that?

Rotoscoping a head on individual frames would be tedious work but if it is short enough, as in seconds of footage that would work if you have the right tool.
If you have something like After Effects you can do motion tracking, a much easier solution. -

For the Mac, After Effects or Shake would do it.
