ok well i just got my new vcd/mp3 compact player and converted a few avi files of mpg and burned them as VCD. When i play them on the player they come out as little sqaures and are not inline. Looks very laggy like the player cant handle it. I think it is that the resolution is to high. I use tmpgenc to encode the movies. What is the normal resolution for regular vcd's. I think it is because i encoded them from a very good avi that the resolution is so high. Please tell me what a regular vcd/mpg should be at.
