ifoedit default setting?

hey guys,

I've been using ifoedit's "create ifo" feature for a while now (for creating the dvd file for a certain vob set that I had on dvd's with other video's and wanted to create a dvd for the single video without reauthoring) But I think the other day I messed with the default setting for the "create ifo" option and even with a reinstall I cant get back to the original default settings that always worked for me.

so my question is what are those default settings so I can go back to them? because I forget
