Hi,
I have a mpeg2 with too long video gop. The authored DVD doesn't work well when fast forwarding the picture, so I decided to fix the gops. I think I solved that problem with Procoder several times in the past, I'm not sure, but the thing is now it doesn't work.
I reencoded the mpeg2 with Procoder using these options:
Number of Frames in a GOP: 15
Distance between I/P Frame: automatic
Use Sequence Header Interval every GOP
I reencoded twice, one with no closed GOP and the other with closed GOP. I think closed GOP option is no relevant for the number of frames problem, but I didn't know if that could be the cause of the wrong reencoding. Anyway, both times the reencoded GOPS were 30 frames long, even longer than the original ones, that have 26 frames.
I don't know what else to do to fix that mpeg2. I can try with CCE but would like to know if there's a way with Procder.
Thanks in advance.
