  1. I am using a LG GSA-4082B writer on a windows XP


    1) Would DVDForm be as good as sonic DLA 4.6 and Nero in CD 4 in
    a) writing music , photo & data flawlessly ( I have many many sub folders of data )
    b) writing in UDF 2.0 should be better than udf 1.5 or FAT 32

    2) would Writing photos , music/videos be better onto DVD RW - compared to DVD RW +
    a) I think nero vision express should be best software ?

    Any CD/DVD writing software should be capable of writing your data flawlessly, provided:

    - Your CD/DVD drive is functional and problem-free
    - You use good media

    I'd personally go with whatever package suits you best, but I prefer those with a verification function.

    With respect to the DVD-RW against DVD+RW question, there is no difference whatsoever between the media in terms of functionality. Do remember, however, that your standalone DVD player may play only one (eg. a PlayStation 2 supports DVD-R but not DVD+R). This is often not an issue, as many players now support everything.
