Please start a new thread if you have a new question, as opposed to posting in an old thread.
I'm afraid I cannot help with your problem. Sorry!
Many thanks, and good luck!

If you've downloaded the full VDubMod package (as opposed to any of the 'update' or 'patch' releases which may only include the main .EXE and one or two text files in the ZIP archive), make sure you have your unzip utility set to extract all the directories within a zipfile (properly) as well. If not, some unarchivers will just leave the directories and their contents alone, and only extract everything else in the ZIP.
If you can open the ZIP file with your unarchiver and look at the contents, or have WinXP and use its ability to open ZIP archives as folders, do the subdirectories and those files (corona.dll, etc.) exist in the archive? If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
