Depends on what the video actually is ..... it could be AVI, MPEG, VCD, Mini DVD, DVD .....

How do you get the videos to play on the PC ?

The first thing I would do is explore the disc and see if the files are just sitting in a folder or something (likely if this is an audio CD with a CD-Extra component for your PC).
    If in doubt, Google it.

When i put the CD/DVD in i can open it up to view the files and the extension is .BUP and .VOB

It's not a CD/DVD as there's no such thing - it's either one or the other. It's either a DVD (on DVD) or MiniDVD (on CD) then.

Try DVDFab Decrypter to rip the contents of the disc to your hard drive.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Well on the DVD there is a menu that has the Video and then 2 Remix Audio's!

I want the Video in mpeg format and remixes in mp3 format all seperate!

    If that possible?

Yep. Rip the DVD to your hard drive, then use VOB2MPG to "convert" the VOB(s) to MPEG file(s). You should then be able to demux the audio streams from the MPEG file (or alternatively decode them to WAV with something like DVD2AVI) and then convert to MP3.
    If in doubt, Google it.
