Greetings!
I'm curious if any 2000 Expert users are having problems with
recording TV "after" you've upgraded your drivers or application??
My TV card worked flawlessly until I upgraded. After the upgrade,
the sound and video get out of sync, about a minute into the recording,
and it gets worse the longer you record. Eventually, the video starts
jerking.
I uninstalled the software and re-installed the original software from
the CD......and everything worked fine.
Thinking there may have been something went wrong during the
download and update, I downloaded the updates again.
Same problem as before....the sound and video are out of sync.
I should mention, this sync problem occurs when using Mpeg-1 or
Mpeg-2. WMP and AVI works okay.
Question is: is there a problem with the application upgrade or
the drivers upgrade.....or both??
As for now, I uninstalled the software again and re-installed it
from the CD and everything is working okay.
I'm tempted to leave well enough alone and forget about upgrading.
However, it would be nice to know what's causing the problems and
let someone at Leadtek know.
If any Winfast users are having problems after an upgrade,
I'd like to know.
Thanks,
Roln
