  1. Hi all,
    I've got a problem.
Using ffmpeg 0.0.9w_r3 with ffmpegXbinaries20060307 installed, it happens that when I try to encode a .avi movie with Xvid [.AVI] (ffmpeg) or DivX 3 [.AVI] (ffmpeg) - these are the only 2 formats that my standalone divx player successfully reads - with a .srt subtitles file, those subtitles are not burned on the ouput .avi file, while when I click the Preview button in the Filters tab, I can successfully view subtitles in the movie...
If I choose instead any mencoder codec, subtitles are visible both in preview and output movie.
Is that with the ffmpeg encoder doesn't allow to burn subtitles on a .avi movie ?

    Thanks and regards, Cett1

  2. Yes, ffmpeg encoder for now doesn't support subtitles burning.
