the right speakers has no sound
how to i take that file and convert it from left channel into a dual mono ( on both sides)?

i have tmpgenc plus 2.5
i tried it with that to make it dual channel or joint stereo. no dice.

this is no advanced video conversion. moving you.
open the mpeg in goldwave
copy the right channel to the left by drag and drop or convert to mono.
save as wav and then convert it mpa/mp2 with for example ffmpeggui
add back the mpa/mp2 audio using tmpgenc, file->mpeg tools->simple multiplex and choose the original mpg and add the new audio. -
