    (if no sales tax is charged)

    I wonder if it has some kind of DRM preventing one from archiving and retriving what they bought, or an auto-expire time limit...

    If not, it might be worth the time saved capturing with an HTPC and converting it on your own.

    Editted to add:
    Now that I think about it, this service would be handy if I had a prolonged power outage that prevented my HTPC from doing it's thing.
