different media name, same media ID

That is soon time for me to buy some DVD media for my NEC ND-3540A.

I have ask before in a topic and I was thinking I going to buy Verbatim.

But I have found that is more media that have same Media ID so my question is.

Is that same quality in a unknown DVD media as that is a well-known DVD media that have same media ID

I have look at https://www.videohelp.com/dvdmediav and find many media have same media ID.

In Europe there seems to be a lot of fake media out there that copies the media ID and has a much lower quality. If you post the brand name I would guess someone here can tell you if it is genuine.
