I converted an mpg to VCD NTSC format using TMPG. I check it with VirtualDub and the format looks fine(352x240; 29.97 fps; 224kbts/sec Mpeg-1 Layer 2). Burn just like they say on vcdhelp.com using nero and I just get a coaster. Am I skipping a step? I don't know what to try next and don't want to burn through my stack of blank CDs "testing". Any ideas?
