I recently purchased some TV show DVD’s on the internet and to my amazement there are 9 episodes on each disk! How is this possible, the quality is really good too much better then I get putting just 4 x 45min AVI episodes onto 1 DVD using either Sonic MyDVD or Nero VisionExpress. They have a nice little simple menu screen with a background picture of the show and buttons for each episode. Does anyone know how to do this and what software is needed. All my downloaded files are in AVI format (approx 350MB), Please help if you can, Cheers

To be able to fit around 6 hours/dvd with good quality:

Use dual layer dvds, convert with good dvd encoders(usually not all-in-one stuff), use mpeg or ac3 audio and maybe also use lower resolution like 352x480.

    Good encoders = https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=40#40

Use a bitrate calculator to calculate the video bitrate so all episodes will fit on a dvd.

Or just get a divx/xvid player or a HTPC.
