    I have a new rca dvd player
    and cannot get vcds to play.
    what should i put for the setttings?

    ok, first make sure your dvd can even play vcds. Check the dvd player list to your left. Then if it can I would go to http://www.dvdripguides.com. Good instructions and templates for tmpgenc. (settings)
