I just made this motion menu:

When i compile the dvd with dvd lab pro and play de compiled dvd on my computer with PowerDVD i can select the menu items as you can see below:

But when i put the burned dvd into my standalone player i dont see the menu items, only the background movie, when i hit the arrow buttons im getting a (dont know how to call it) red circle with a red stripe trough it.

(sorry for the bad quality pic, i made it with my phone)

I guess there are lots of people here who know a solution for my problem Thanks in advance!

When using PowerDVD, are you using the mouse pointer, or the navigational simulator? Try to use the navigation buttons instead of the mouse over to see if you can navigate the buttons properly. If not, then you have to set the navigation routing in DLP

Well first off, when you make the menu with the background video do you just author it or do you render the motion menu ?
You have to do that to incorporate the text with the background video to basically make a new video including the text for the menu.

You just right click on the menu while it is open and go to the bottom and it will say "RENDER MOTION" then set it up for how long you want it ect.

I cant navigate in power dvd with the navigation buttons, only with my mouse. I think my navigation routing is well configured.

sorry to interrupt, do you mean after importing the motion menu , I still need to set the render motion of that particular menu?( I am a beginner of using Lab pro, if I am wrong, please correct it.)
