    Okay I tryed cutting a vcd with TMPGEnc and I am not happy with the quality so I am back to part 1. What software should I use. I have Adobe Premiere but it takes a very long time to export a movie. any suggestions?

    A program that might be just what you are looking for is "MyFlix v3.0". It's an MPEG-1 (only) editing program.

    Brush up your searching ski11z and you will get all the information about the product that you need.
