I'd captured a broadcast using ATI mmc 7.0 that came with my AIW RADEON and upgraded to MMC 7.1 and DirectX 8.1 (under WinME french). My problem is that i cannot open my original *.mp2 files with any player without hanging.
The only solution i found was with TMPGEnc that can open it but the preview shows a shrunk image (heads and legs are cut) and there's no sound with jumpy picture.
All that, to be able to burn it on a XsVCD or the best quality possible to be view on any DVD player (Shinsonic DVD100 in my case)
