    hi i am getting problems when i install activesync and then plug in my mda 2 via usb,it does not connect just tries to connect without success - i am trying to sync my mobile to my pc using acticesync version 4.1

    I think there's a connection wizard (File > Get Connected or something). Either that or try the manual, and/or the FAQs on the manufacturer's website / message boards.
