    No idea where this came from, but everytime I see the icon pop up in the system tray my pc locks up.
    Anyone know what it is-I cannot seem to get it uninstalled.

    Is it OggDS or Halli Media Splitter?

    Possibly it may even be VTSReader depending on the content of the package.

    Sometimes the install gets corrupted for many different things. It isn't necessarily a reflection of the application, but of Windows OS.

    Try to reinstall, then restart, then uninstall.
