i have a VOB file that stops at a certain time, which means i can't burn the dvd without deleting that scene...i've tried fixing it with mpeg streamclip but that doesn't seem to work, i've also tried to delete the bad segment from the VOB file but when i try to save it from mpeg streamclip it will save it as an mpeg instead of a VOB...

Just curious: what's the source for the VOB? I've had problems with ones created with a Pioneer standalone recorder that Streamclip couldn't fix. When Roxio was testing Toast 7 I sent them one of those and they managed to get Toast to ignore those timecode breaks when importing via the Toast media browser.

it was a newsgroup download, probably made from a pc as it had the original menus but the xtras weren't included...
