I´m using DVDlab Pro for authoring and When I burn the DVD the some chapters get froze,
*I use WinAVIVideoConverter for converting the AVI file to DVD
* Voedit for demux the DVD
* Then DVBlab pro for menus and Subtitles
I used a converter for AVI to video (*.m2v) and audio (*.ac3) directly but I can´t remember what It was, anybody knows one?

So it's not actually a problem with DVD Lab Pro, but a problem with your memory ?
Perhaps next time you could use a better subject title for your post.
Tmpgenc with the AC3 plugin should be able to output elementary streams. Certainly anything (except perhaps DVD Santa) is better than WinAVI.Read my blog here.
