AND
The first picture states that it is DataLife Plus..and it has Advance AZO +
The second picture doesnt have DataLife Plus and it has Advance AZO only..
Are they ACTUALLY the same?
According to the verbatim website..Advance AZO + is only used for verbatim 16x DVD only but the 2nd picture version is only Advance AZO..
Sorry if this is a stupid question..but im confused..

But does this DataLife Plus does any difference to the DVD? -
Historically the AZO+ were better,if they are the same price get the Data Life Plus.
-
Moviegeek has the best advice - get whichever is cheaper. Call me a skeptic, but MCC004 is MCC004 no matter what you call it (assuming you are talking MIS or MIT). AZO+ and DataLifePlus are just marketing terms.

Compare the 3rd line.. -
Still MCC004, though I wasn't aware there were any differences in the codes. It must be nice to be able to find made in Singapore 16x MCC media.
-
Whats so nice about DVD+R 16x made in singapore media?
EDIT!!
The First Picture is made in Singapore..
Second picture..made in Taiwan
Sorry for the trouble -
Well, Mitsubishi's own optical disc manufacturing plant is in Singapore. The media made in Taiwan and India is made by other companies but to MCC's standards.
-
Theoretically it's the same. In reality the Taiwanese plants often churn out some really good MCC media but they also put out some that isn't so great. It appears their quality control could use some improvement.
-
Ok..thanks for that info..
Will hunt for Made In Singapore Verbatim Media XD -

The only media I have ever had problems with was Made in Japan and Made in India. There has not been a single Taiwan disc that has failed to burn (ignoring burner/human issues) or failed to playback the data burnt to them. Of course, I've also gotten some good media from both places. Since the price is media is pennies per GB when I choose media to burn I either grab the media that works for me. If it's not available I am not picky and will try something new. I can always return the remainder or give it to someone if I find it doesn't work as I desire.
